Hello,

So i have an MSI B350M Mortar, the last "update" of the bios i made it was last year and from then i didn't.
I am curious about one thing, should i take every bios update from back then to the recent one? Or the last one and that's it?

Not really, unless it is specified by the manufacturer.

On the BIOS downloads page you'll usually see a note that's saying to "Update the BIOS to version <BIOS_version> before flashing this" if it's required to update to an earlier version first before getting the latest one. If that's not specified, you should be able to upgrade directly to that version without going through previous updates.
