Mobo boot error please help

Hello, today i installed a new mobo and processor in to my pc, then when i went to boot i was given this error, what does it man and what should i do to fix it.thanks for your time.

Because the old mobo had drivers loaded on the HDD/SSD to work with that, they do not work with the new board. reinstall windows

I always recommend reinstalling Windows after a motherboard change
