Don't go connecting more than 6 of these fans in one motherboard header using Y-splitters or it will fry the copper traces of your motherboard.
Motherboard fan headers like your CHA_FAN1 header typically only have 1A max limit.
On the other hand, SATA or Molex has a max limit of 4.5A, so you can connect much more fans through a fan hub that is powered by SATA or Molex than you would from a motherboard's fan header.
