MoBo compatible case?

Can the ASRock z270 killer SLI/AC fit in the phanteks eclipse p400 because the motherboard​ isn't a standard sized mother board? Also with the motherboards integrated wifi work with non AC wifi?

Most motherboards are 12x9.6 this motherboard is 12x8.8
Also my wifi is 802.11 b/g/n the wifi for this MoBo is 802.11 AC

It is standard size ATX. Almost every board dimensions vary - what matters is hole positions and not exceeding maximum sizes. So it will fit.
