MOBO,Cpu and Ram combo - - budget 250$

Hello I want to change my old components with something new curently I have a Intel Pentium D925 3GHz an old mobo I think is an aspire 1700 and 3GB DDR2 Ram and a 2GB Radeon r7 250 Sapphire wich I recently purchase and I dont want to change it and I want to change those with an Pentium G3258 3.2GHz , MSI H81M-P33 MOBO and HyperX Fury Blue 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz CL10 for like 180$ is that ok?And I have a 350W Power Supply do I need to upgrade that too?And If I do can you tell me one for like 30$?

I mainly play only CS:GO but I have like 25-30 FPS and I want an upgrade to play with like 70-80 fps with all in high!

For the 350W PSU, in theory it can power the G3258+ the r7 250, and you don't list that PSU model. But if it is old, your PSU can't handle the newer PC, that you need the good brand 400W/450W one. But if buy the low wattage one now, if you want to upgrade the more powerful GPU later, you will need other new PSU.

So for the lower wattage one, here is the list, may buy other 8GB RAM, and save some $$.
