mobo / cpu compatability ???

Looking to buy a new cpu for my current mobo. Wondering if this combo will work?

Nope, the board is Socket 478 and the CPU is Socket 775. It physically won't fit. What's your current CPU? Chances are it's really not worth upgrading it at this point.
