MOBO CPU socket 1 hole is clogged. Any ideas ?

i just bought asus prime b350 plus and the ryzen cpu wont fit in. i took a look saw one hole is closed / clogged. i attached a photo of it. any ideas how to remove it ? or should i just send the mobo and request a new one ?

Solution
If anything, I would take tiny needle, and try to check GENTLY! if the thing at the socket would not go away. But if it some kind of solid thing like plastic, you don't have much choice.

cpu has all the pins. thats why it doesnt fit properly. should i try to remove it with a pin ? would i damage it more ?

this would only happen to me. geez i was so happy to play with my ryzen this weekend. ofcourse, something has to go bad.
 
I would try a couple of other things first but I wouldn't dig around in it. Turn the mobo upside down and firmly tap it on the back with your finger right over the pin location. I'd also try vacuuming it out if you have an attachment for your vacuum to do that.
