Greetings. I bought MSI b450m pro-vdh mobo and Ryzen 5 2600. After the compilation of the whole PC I had got a monitor no signal error and it turned out that mobo's Debug LED glows the white light at CPU place. By checking things with multimeter I realised that VRM's throttles don't don't perform a voltage. CPU and mobo's pins seem to be normal, also PSU is knowingly working. What can this problem consist in?

Solution
It appears you forgot to choose a graphics solution. The CPU, Ryzen 5 2600, has no processor graphics. If you want to use the motherboard graphics output ports, then you need a processor with processor graphics.

Would you explain that a little bit further? I think I might have the same problem
