hello to everyone ,i have a desktop pc with the following characteristics:
- mobo f2a88xm-hd3
- cpu amd A8 -6500
-16gb ram
- psu corsair 500w
- 2 ssd(samsung evo) on raid 0
- operating system windows 8.1

My problem is that i bought a new PCI sound card(sound blaster 5.1 vx)
and my computer can't recognize this , i installed the driver many times but appears the error(i have not inserted the product )..i tried many times to (put it out and put it in again) but nothing happen.i thought that the sound card was DOA .but i plugged in at another PCs and works (windows 7 and windows 8.1)..after that i tested the pci slot with a diagnostic card but everything worked(the pci slot is working)...i thought that the bios is the problem ,but i tried to disable onboard sound card ,but nothing change ,the sound card still looking dead .i have the latest update on bios F7 ,i am afraid to clean cmos because of raid ,i don't want to lose it ..any help would be usefull ..thanks and sorry for my bad english

unfortunately it's not this ,i have plugged the card many times at the right way

edit: also i tried the followings:

- load optimized defaults at bios (i cant clear cmos because i will lose raid)

-installed windows 7 at seperate hdd but still can't detect

..
i am afraid that there is a probability of defective pci slot
