Nicer to overclock a 3200+.

clock 240 = 2400
ht 4x = 960
memory 166 = 200

After much research go for "DFI Lan Party". Take your pick which
model. I'm looking at the DFI Lan Party nF4 SLI-DR. Not so much for
the SLI but for the RAID 5.

Why DFI? Great reviews. One review has it better then ASUS for OC.
Memroy votlage can go up to 4V where MSI maxs out at 2.85V. Very nice
BIOS options. This list goes on. Just make sure you have good memory
and shoot for the Venice core.
