I just bought a cheap Xeon e5640, but i don't have a board for it. I have some DDR3 Kingston HyperX (2x4 GB 1600MHz) to reuse with it, and i don't know which board to buy. Any recommendations? I wanted to buy a Gigabyte X58 UD3R but giving 150$ for a mobo is just not worth for me, so a cheaper solution is desirable. Thanks in advance!

^ The price of $150 would apparently be the right price given this day and age it's now a collectors item and anyone selling one will know anyone buying it may be forced to buy it as is. You can't find it outside of second hand channels since it's now EOL for store's to keep stock. You may be able to find something at your local Microstore but that is an assumption.

You can use this list to find out which boards will accept your processor+you should also double check with motherboard maker's supported CPU list since the aforementioned link sometimes produces mistakes in it;'s list -all from human error ofc ;)
