Mobo for Gtx 970 and i5. Not planning on OCing

what would be a decent motherboard for a newer i7 or i5 and a Gtx 970? I am not going to overclock so I don't think I need anything crazy. I want to replace my old asus x58 motherboard so I can start upgrading with a new processor. Thanks!

I suggest an MSI H97 Gaming 3, or ASUS 'Pro Gamer' H97.
