MOBO for i5 4690k

What mobo would you recommend me for the i5 4690k cpu? Is Asrock Z97 ANNIVERSARY S1150 good enough or should i look for a better one?

Rest of the system would be:
gpu: gtx 970 (gigabyte g1 or msi gaming)
RAM: kingston hyperx 8gb 1866mhz
power: Seasonic SS-620GM2 EVO, 620W, 80+ Bronze
HDD: Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB
case: zalman z3+

and what do you think about that system? is the power supply good enough?

it is good, and the power supply is good, and may i recommend adding an SSD this will improve the performance

the ssd is a bit over my budget for now, i'll be getting it after a few months

it has only 4 phase design . Asrock Z97 Pro4 is better since it has 6 phase design.

that mobo is sweet, but its twice the price of Asrock Z97 Pro4 (at least i my country)
