mobo for i7 7700k

I'd like to upgrade to an i7 7700k. Currently I'm looking for a good mobo for it. Preferably a full atx and dual band wifi. Suggestions?

Most of the Wifi boards are an extra $150-$200 over the cost of an 'ordinary' board, hardly worth it.

Add a quality wifi card if you need wifi, Love the Asus Z270A Prime, but, no wifi integrated. You can compare costs of their boards with wifi...

True, also agree that Asus Z270A is pretty good for its price, if you want something more on the upper level Taichi would be my choice.

OK, from the post i see you dont have the 7700k neither the motherboard. In this situation is better to buy directly a i7 8700k and a z370 motherboard, it is the same thing from cost point of view but you get 2 more cores and 4 more threads.

I'm looking mostly for single core performance on older extremely demanding titles (crappy optimization). Yeah I could roll with the 8700k. I would be looking to overclock. So something like this Asus - STRIX Z270-E GAMING ATX LGA1151

If you go for 8700K you need a Z370 mobo.
