Mobo for i7 940 @ 2.93GHz (Bloomfield)

I've been looking all over amazon and newegg to find a replacement Motherboard to put my intel i7 940 in but to no avail.
The socket type is (LGA 1366) but most boards I find don't have the 940 listed as a compatible processor. Can I please get someone to point me in the right direction? My price limit is $250, and just getting a new mobo/processor combo is not what I'm looking for since I already have the processor.

The Intel DX58SO supports that processor, found here http://processormatch.intel.com/CompDB/SearchResult.aspx?BoardName=DX58SO but I could find nothing about the Alienware board as far as processors supported.
The Intel is an option anyway...

Thank you so much! It was such a pain finding a replacement mobo. I bought this rig off craigslist and the guy gave me a garbage EVGA mobo that has a ton of blue screen and bio issues 🙁
