Mobo for my first project

I am buying a computer from a friend for my first project. It is a core 2 duo with a cheap motherboard. I am going to upgrade to an i5 2500k. The computer is running a Radeon 6950 1gb graphic card, a network card, and a sound card. I was looking for some advice on a motherboard.

I want a motherboard with an hdmi out on it so I have a second one. for my TV.

This board has an HDMI and DVI. Plus your Video card probably have HDMI + DVI.

So it is just right. It will OC to 4.2 GHz without any problem and if u want more features,
