[SOLVED] mobo freezes during gaming with uncommon screen

if i play games for 15 to 30 minutes mobo stops working, some times screen go black and sometimes screen freezes with uncommon layout and bad sound come out of the speakers like RRRRRRRRRR, but when I remove one ram then this problem does not occur. I have 2 twinmos 4 gb ddr3 1333 rams one with heat sink another without heat sink. the ram without heatsink maybe is causing the problem. now should I buy a new ram with heat sink or its the motherboard cant run two rams good??
aslo northbridge chipset become so hot after one hour that i can not touch it. i am planning to buy a northbride chipset cooler too. any suggestion guys??

I would think your RAM is not compatible with each other. Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Other combinations you decide to make have no guarantee to be compatible together.

lol its my Radeon R7 250 graphics card which is causing problem. rams are 100% okay.
