Mobo, GPU and CPU upgrade £500

I am upgrading my motherboard, graphics card and processor and looking to spend up to £500-£600
Here's what im thinking of at the moment:
Motherboard - ASRock Z87 PRO3 Motherboard
Graphics card - EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked
Processors - Intel i5 4460 Quad Core
I also need a new Power supply for this. Ideally looking to spend nearer the £500 mark.
I was pointed in the direction of the ASRock Z97 Anniversary Socket 1150, I havent really taken this motherboard into consideration really. Any ideas are appreciated thanks
