Question Mobo has 4 slots and 3 rams with different capacities (DDR3 1600mhz) ?

I have lenovo m92p sff pc.
The mobo is Q77 with i3-3rd gen processor.
No external Gpu.

The board have 4 ram slot with 8gb x1 , 4gbx1 and 2gbx1 = 14gb in total.
They all are PC3 12800u and CL 11 ram.

Two of them are Kingston and one is sk hynix.
Kingston one is 8gb dual channel and 4gb is single channel
Sk Hynix is 2gb single channel.

right now i have 8gb in slot 1 , 4gb in slot 2 and 2 gb in slot 3.
i need to know if this is the best setting to get the max advantage from 14gb or if should i change the order.
in pubg mobile through gameloop i now get 30-40 fps with less lag while when i had 6gb only it was 20-30 fps n lag.

There's no "best" way to run a FrankenRAM build. And you can't run a single stick as dual achannel; there's no such thing as specific dual channel and single channel RAM. It's a miracle that it works without any issues, and that's about the best you can do.

ok but why would it be miracle. sure it isn't running in dual channel, but if i do this will it improve the performance

will this improve from Slot 1 8gb , slot 2 4gb and slot 3 2gb.

Best option is to use 2x8GB ram configuration.
Get rid of 4GB and 2GB modules and install another 8GB ram module.
Note - ram incompatibilities are still possible.

If your gaming workload causes 100% cpu utilization, then cpu upgrade may improve performance.
Note - discrete gpu is more important in gaming workloads.
Integrated GPU is not really gaming capable.

Remove old ram and install new ram in the proper slots.
