My first build and I've got everything connected but ran into a problem with the case fans, the case came with 2 fans front and back with a 3 female pin connectors. My motherboard does not have a sys fan slot, only fan slots it has is CPU fan 1 and pwr fan 1 and these are 4 pin slots.

Mobo is an Asrock 980
Case is a BitFenix Shadow.

Thanks, this is my first build**

I searched around and somebody suggested I connect it straight into the psu PCIe head I don't see how I can possibly fit a female head to another female.

Well you can fit the 3 pin slots on the 4 pin slots without a problem they just won't have the ability to regulate with pulses just voltage changes. Do the case fans not have female molex adapters as well? Typically they will come with those and that's how you connect directly to the psu but they will always run at 100% speed.
