mobo help plz

ok i want to buy a new mobo... ASUS P8H61-M LE/CSM R2.0 LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard.. as my alienware aroura r3 mobo will not go windows 10. but i am skeptical due to hearing ppl say if ur gpu is over 6" it will block sata maybe someone knows more about this them me here is what i am doing in detail

Current HDD , CD drive and my NEW SSD all 3 sata

OR

can i use the adapter for my ssd into usb and still use my SSD as my main (windows/boot drive)

please help any infor is greatly appriciated

Connect all 3 to SATA... Windows can't install or boot from USB.. and if it did it would be very slow.

Even if the GPU blocks the SATA ports, it won't block all of them and not enough to make any of them inaccessible.

I just looked at some pics of the motherboard. A graphics card fitted in the pci express slot will not block anything. they may have been talking about the pci slot near the bottom. Although I dont really know of many pci cards that would be big enough to cause problems.
