[SOLVED] Mobo I/O ports are not working help!!!

I decided to build a pc and I made sure that I followed the right steps to build it, I connected every single PSU cable I need to connect as well as the I/O front panel. When I was done building the PC I tested it at night and saw that all the components that have RGB light up. The next day I got my monitor and tried connecting everything, but nothing seemed to connect to the motherboard I/O ports. My keyboard and mouse don't light up and I tried every USB port there is. I've tried other many things like disconnecting and reconnecting. Is there a way my motherboard is damaged, pls help!!!!

MOBO - Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X
RAM - Trident Z RGB 16gb (2 x 8) 3200mhz
GPU - Gigabyte GTX 1660 OC
PSU - Corsair RM650x
SSD - Samsung EVO 970 500GB
HDD - Western Digital 1TB

try to reseat the psu cable, and boot only use motherboard, cpu and ram.
