Mobo i/o ports not working help!!!!

I just got upgraded my build by replacing the mobo, CPU, and ram. All the fans, leds, and everything start but my monitor says "no signal" and USB ports don't work. I've tried tons of things like unplugging everything replugging, resetting cmos battery, re seating ram and gpu. One thing that did make my USB ports work was taking out the gpu but the integrated graphics didn't work I tried with 2 different hdmi cords. I know that the monitor is fine and the gpu because when I was prepping windows 10 for the switch last night everything worked. PLEASE HELP!!!!

SPECS
CPU- r5 1600
Mobo- Asus b350 strix
Ram- trident z rgb 16gb 3200mhz
Gpu- asus gtx 970 strix
Psu- evga 750
Hard drive- 1tb barracuda

I don't think it's as simple as doing a fresh install a windows but it could be.

Also I did check CPU for bent pins didn't see anything, also the small led top right is white and small led bottom right is red don't know if that means anything heard it doesn't but

Make sure GPU and RAM are seated correctly.
Make sure GPU and CPU power connecters are connected properly

I can tell you from experience that you wlll need to upgrade bios to support your high speed trident ram chips.

You are getting no POST so will have to follow the checklist for that.

I can tell you the board's onboard video ports cannot work because Ryzen 5 1600 has no IGP on it.

I know for a fact the gpu and ram are seated correctly and that everything has power I've checked and rechecked 1000 times and I would love to download the bios for my mobo and ram but my monitor won't receive signal

I figured it out for some reason one of the pci slots for the gpu just didn't work.
