Question Mobo Idle light is on but no boot

So basically my PC isn't booting but the motherboard is lighting up so I'm very lost at to what's the problem. I've tested every part and they all seem fine so I don't know what to do or say at this point.

Specs:
Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
Gpu: xfx Radeon Rx 580 8gb
Mobo: Asus tuff gaming b-550-plus
Psu: 650 80plus gold
Ram: 2x8gb DDR4 3200
Storage: HDD 1x1tb 1x2tb
Cooler: zoomflow 240evo

I've worked with PCs for a long time and I'm just lost as to what the problem is

in no particular order:

try updating/resetting the BIOS?
get a new or 2nd hand PSU,
try removing one of the RAM sticks then the other
see if you get any POST beeps from the motherboard (if you have a speaker)
Check all the cables attached to the motherboard

Tried all these steps except the speaker since I don't have a speaker

None of the QLED is turning on as the PC isn't even booting
