Mobo in a dell optiplex 7010 case

Will my gigabyte ga a320m mobo get fried if i placed it in a dell optiplex 7010 mt case pls help new to pc gaming

I presume you have the mini tower version of the optiplex 7010.
Nothing will get fried as long as you settle the motherboard on the case standoffs(align the holes in the motherboard with the standoff).
After that you screw it in and you should be good to go.

But my case has 8 standoffs and the mobo only needs 6 of the standoffs

You don' need to screw all of them in... you'll be fine.
The motherboard just needs to be secured by them and not short with the case.
