Question Mobo issue?

Hi everyone, i really could use some help identifying the problem. It started yesterday night, when i shut down my computer i was walking away and i looked back after hearing some noises, this was happening

I switched it off and try to power it on, same thing. I unplugged it, removed the cmos battery and went to bed. Reinstalled it this morning and it started just fine.
I turned it off after a few hours and the issue was back! I tried to plug a brand new battery but didn't change the situation, what could I try? It feels strange that this issue start when i shut down the pc, could i rule out some hardware pieces and identify the damaged one from that?

Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis: Corsair Carbide 500R
OS:

Include the age of the PSU and the version of OS you were working with.

Motherboard: Asus Z97-PRO
Ram: 2x Ballistic sport ddr3 8gb
SSD/HDD: 1 SSD Samsung 850 Pro 256GB , 1 HDD WD20EZRZ 2 TB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 4GB
Chassis: Corsair Carbide 500R
OS: Windows 10 Pro version 20H2

Age of the PSU: It's a TS XFX 650W, all the components were bought in June 2015.

I tried to unplug GPU, nothing changed
Tried to unplug 1 ram, then both, still same scenario
