Question Mobo just beeps in BIOS screen when I press any key. I can’t get any input to the computer to do anything.

I recently had to replace my HDD after it went bad. Took everything (including Apu from motherboard) apart to figure out that it was the HDD. After figuring it out I then plugged in the new seagate 1T HDD I bought and now when I boot my computer up I get to the BIOS screen I can’t get any input from my keyboard. I also have a USB plugged into the mobo in the back with W10 downloaded and supposedly registered as the boot drive.
I’ve read other forms and tried troubleshooting myself and the only options or solutions I’ve found would be to get a ps/2 keyboard?? Advice/help please.
