mobo memory help

Hello, can someone please tell me if this memory: Gskill aegis 4Gb pc3-1600/1666 DDR3 1333Hz 1,5V cl9 would be compatible with an HP PRO 3010 microtower pc which has this mobo: PEGATRON CORPORATION 2A94h

i installed the memory and the pc won't start, it beeps.

If you can edit the speed in the bios it may work but its unlikely
