I bought my new pc parts and assambled them yesterday, no problem it worked perfectly, i let it downloading a game overnight when I wake up my PC led fans are reseting each 3 seconds, no screen no mouse no keyboard, i tryed reset button, and holding power button, nothing worked so i turned the psu off waited 30s tried to turn on , same issue, 3s rebooting, changed theRAM port andit worked, 30minutes later it shuts down, and since then didnt turn on again, tried:
Change the RAM port
Breadboard
Only cpu
Cleaning cmos
No CPU(Only mobo and psu)
Every one of these with one led fan to see if the 3 seconds reboot was still a problem, and it was, tested the psu in an really old PC and it was working

Gigabyte Z270m-dh3
I7-7700k
1x8gb @2400hz corsair xpl
SandDisk 240gb ssd
Evga 600W bronze
Evo 212x cooler
Change the RAM port

Only cpu
