Question mobo not booting

I upgraded my CPU, GPU, and mobo tonight and now nothing is booting. I don't have USB power and my fans are running at really low RPM's. VGA_LED lights up orange. no boot menu, no keyboard power, and no monitor connection.... help?

Specs:
Intel i5 7600K
ASUS Z270-A Prime
Corsair H100i V2
PNY GTX 1060 6G
8GB DDR4
2 SSD's and 1 HDD

still nothing, I removed my GPU as well and plugged the monitor into the mobo HDMI directly. Any cables I should double check that I might have forgotten?
