Mobo not detecting graphic card

I have a intel dg41rq motherboard. I'm trying to run this mobo with a hd5770 but the motherboard is not detecting the card and only inboard graphics are working. Just to make sure the card is fine I tested it on another pc with a pcie 2.0 slot and its working without any problems.
So what should I do?

If that is the case that you are experiencing said issue then there is naught you can do with the current card. The problem is with the cards that are PCIe ver 2.1 and no others.

I'm already on the latest one still nothing. What else should I try

So are you saying that it won't work with any board. Earlier it used to work with ga-73pvm-s2h and then it stopped working so i replaced the board with the intel one.
