the ports are like not completely touching the inside of the i/o sheild
Do these steps if they might help you out:
(Make sure you have the correct I/O Shield for your motherboard by matching it with your motherboard outside the case)
1. Make sure you discharge any electrostatic charge before you begin handling the motherboard
Important: Wear an antistatic wrist strap while working on the computer to prevent causing electrostatic damage.
2. Place the I/O panel shield into back of your case by apply pressure to all four corners of the panel to secure it into the case. It should snap into place.
3. Install the standoffs into your case by matching the holes on the motherboard with the available standoff locations on...
