Question Mobo not turning on?

I have the ASRock a320m-hdv and have just rebuilt my PC after getting new components. I tried connecting the front panel connectors but they didn't work. 8 then tried to short it with a screwdriver but that didn't work either. The one thing is that it is still providing power to components. What should I do?

Make sure your video connections are not loose. Do you hear a beep after you turn your system on?

So....what about the power supply.....along with the rest of the system components?

I'm using a raid max rgb 550 watt psu. A 2 terabyte Hitachi hdd. I hear no post beeps because the PC isn't powering on.

Hey guys, so I recently got a stick of ballistix sport lt 3200 RAM and put it in my system. No signal on the monitor but it turned on. I've tested the RAM in another system, boots fine, the GPU works fine as well. My power supply fried while doing this so I got a new one. Works fine. Reset my BOIS? Nothing. Reset my CMOS for 30 minutes? Nothing. Now putting in my old RAM doesn't give a signal either. My specs are ASrock a320m-hdv for mobo, ryzen 1200 for my CPU, rx 580 4g for my GPU, and EVGA 500 watt 80+ PSU. Any help would be appreciated.
