MoBO OR CPU CAUSING NO START??

Mobo and PSU have been replaced, computer still wont start up, even tried tripping the pins. Please help.

more details? what happens when you click on the powerbutton does your system start but you just dont get a screen? nothing starts?

absolutely nothing happens, what so ever.
