Question Mobo or PSU problem?

Hello! I tried upgrade my system with a SSD yesterday, before the process everything was fine even play a bit as usual. When I put the SSD my pc dont turn on..doesnt matter how much I tried, then I take off the HD still silence, change cable from PSU to SSD then turn on(HD still out). I could install Windows and everything seems fine. I put the HD again to clean it and use as storage then my pc tries turn on but fail theres no energy on keyboard,mouse or VGA. tries turn on fail and restart. I take off all the drivers but still the same. I have afraid that mobo its broken ._.
Mobo: h67ma-e35
CPU: i5 3470
HD: 500gb Samsung
SSD: 120 gb ADATA
PSU: 450 cx corsair
RAM: Hyper X 8gb n(2x4)

Update: Let it rest for 20h lol then it turn on normal. But my windows cant recognize my HD ( my bios does). I turn it off to put GPU now doesnt turn on again..i think is psu..??
