Hey, I recently attempted to install a new CPU cooler and it yanked my CPU from the MOBO and bent the pins a bit. I straightened the pins all back and reinstalled it into my PC, now there is an orange light but it's not pulsating like it used to. Any ideas?
ASUS B450M-A
Ryzen 7 2700X
NVIDIA RTX 2070
it's a prebuilt CYBERPOWERPC: GMA3200BST
I tried it without the cooler and with the original cooler!

You shouldn't be running your system without the cooler in any aspect. Have you tried breadboarding the system and seeing if you managed to short one or more wires inside the case/chassis's metal parts touching solder points on the back of the board?

You might also want to show us the extent of the bent pins.

I've tried resetting CMOS and starting the computer with a screwdriver to short it. The cooler isn't plugged in because I am just testing if it will just turn on and i grew tired of constantly removing it off the CPU.
