Question MoBo pass POST, turn on screen but no image

Hi, I have a VERY strange issue here.

My PC suddenly stopper working, when I turn It on the boot is good as usual.

Leds turn on, post go on smoothly the the screen turns on aaand nothing appears, only a black screen that stays there Forever.

I've tried all the soluzions but nothing works, I've cleared CMOS, removed RAM, removed all other non-necessary components and i changed the PSU but still nothing, I'm stuck.

Any ideas?

Asus Prime B360M
Intel i7-8700
16GB RAM G.Skill.

Okay this thing happened to me today I just removed the CPU and installed it back it was enough for an one time boot and it turned the same way again maybe we have the same problem
My specs :
MSI B365 M -PRO VDH
i3 9100F
8 GB RAM HyperX
Getting it to a technician tomorrow if anything turns out good I'll inform you (BTW does your DRAM debug LED turn on?)

The GPU Is a RTX2060 but I'm using the integrated graphics to test It.

And this MoBo have no leds unfortunatly
