Mobo problem or something else??

Hi, i facing problem with my pc were it goes off frequently anytime... & now the situation is it won't even boot up, fail to start & go off while windows is booting up...
I checked all possible BIOS reset option , but won't resolve it...
So my question is that, is it really a mobo causing the problem or something else(ex. Processor, RAM, HDD, SMPS or IO hardware)

I do check my RAM, processor on my friends computer & it's working fine...
This is my spec:

It exactly happened before too when i
have same Mobo, then I replace it but after some months, same problem....
Plz...... Tell me which part may causing this problem....

Sounds like it might be a PSU issue. Try testing your PC out with a different PSU.

I tried short psu, shorting black & green wire and psu fan runs smoothly....

Just because the PSU runs doesn't mean it's running well. The power supply could still be faulty.
