MOBO/PSU suggestion for this build

Solution
Any Z97 motherboard will do the job and oc the
"K" decently.

The GTX750 only needs a minimal psu in the 350w range. That said, I would overprovision and buy a 600-650w psu to allow you a future graphics card that will be more appropriate for gaming with your cpu.

I would buy some sort of aftermarket cooler with at least a 120mm fan.

should i invest more into the GPU and add extra power for the PSU since the budget is around 1k-1300 ,and which OS do u recommend as for windows7"64bit" home?professional? or ultimate ,it's for gaming/lan cafe .

thnx for the link , good to know there are teirs in PSU's going to read some , and i get your point regarding the 770 i do own one ,but this build is for a mate making a lan/gaming cafe so thought of lowering the price abit for the GPU.

your point is considered , the point of taking a 4690k is to overclock it after 4-5 years instead changing it , someone recommended me this move in this forum and i thought its the right thing to do.
