Mobo/RAM/CPU Cooler problems.

Building my PC with FX8350 with a Cooler Master 212 EVO and I'm just wondering whether my RAM, http://www.amazon.co.uk/HyperX-1600-Beast-Desktop-Memory/dp/B00A771ZLO/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1401530202&sr=1-1&keywords=HyperX+16+GB+1600+Mhz+CL9+DDR3 will fit on my Mobo which is a M5a97. Just don't want any clearance issues. If anyone could help I would appreciate it a lot.

Its hard to say for sure without having the same motherboard and cooler but i do have a similar msi 970 motherboard with the EVO and i will say 98% certain you will have just enough clearance.
Also its not a bad motherboard but the voltage differential is not good for overclocking on 970 chipsets. A few hundred mhz oc is all it can handle and honestly that is pushing it pretty hard.
With a 990 chipset and the EVO with a extra fan you can get 4.8ghz highly stable.
