mobo + ram + proccesor

so i wanted to upgrade my cpu so need suggestions !

i have 450 watt PSU cabinet and HDD

i wanted to buy new proccsor, mobo and ram for 200$ / 13000rs

i was looking forward to AMD cpu's as my buget is not that good for graphics card and want this bulid for gaming like csgo etc.

MOBO - gigabyte G41M-COMBO rev 2,0
RAM - 2GB DDR2

i dont see a future for it to run good games on it !
