[SOLVED] MOBO Rgb is on but no power to system

Just bought a new mobo after last one having some faults. Put the system together along with a new case as well. Connected everything properly however when i try to turn on the pc it doesn’t open no fan spin nothing. Mobo has RGB (The ones on the picture) it turns on as soon as I open psu swich but when I press power button on case system has nothing tried it with a different case and that one didn't work as well please help!

Cooler: cooler master masterbox ma610p
Gpu: asus turbo 1080ti
Ram: 2x 8Gb corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz
Psu: zalman zm700-gv 700w 80+
Case: msi mag vampiric 010m
