Hello,
my MoBo MSI B350 PC Mate won't recognize PCIe sound card Creative Sound Blaster Z. Its always "unknown device" in device manager and I am not able to install audio drivers of Creative (latest nor older) because the software need to see the card in the system.
Tricks which I tried:
- put card to different PCIe 1x slots and even 16x (they should work cuz my GPU PCIe 16x run well)
- flash latest BIOS and install latest MoBo drivers
- uninstall all audio drivers (even Realtek for onboard), disable onboard integrated sound card in bios and unplug power cable of PC for couple of minutes, once run the PC without the card and after that plug the card again.

Nothing helped.

Sound card itself is 100% is working I have tried to run it in my sister older computer (intel cpu Win 7 32bit) and it was without issue.

My PC specs:
Win 10 64bit
Mobo Msi B350 PC mate
CPU AMD ryzen 1300x
GPU EVGA FTW+ 1060, 6G
16GB Ram DDR3 3066 MHz
160GB SSD disk Intel (system)
500 GB HDD (games)

I would appreciated of any advice.
