Mobo select help

2 different mobos. I don't see a difference except price.

Whats the difference?

-Gtx 560ti Hawk
-16gb 1600mhz 1.5v Ram
-Socket 1155 Intel 2500k
-320gb SATA

Are these good motherboards for this?

The MSI P67A-GD65 has eSATA ports in the back, a Marvell SE9128 controller for more SATA ports, USB 3.0 internal ports, etc. They might not be the best, but you should read the reviews and then decide if you want one.
