mobo settings optimal?

could some of the specialists please advise if my mobo auto settings are optimal?
i uses an asus m2a-vm mobo with a X2 4400+ processor and ddr2-800 memory

Speaking generally, no. "Auto" settings are like "Default" settings. They are designed to give you something that will work pretty well.
