Question Mobo stuck on splash screen

Hello everyone I am having a weird problem with my mobi after doing some work with it. The Mobo is a rog strix b350-f gaming which I have had for almost a year. And just today putting in a aio and upgrading my gpu I have had a tone of problems. First it would not post with my old or new gpu. Finaky I was able to get it to post but now it's stuck on rog splash screen. Please help neither of the house do anything and the ram is ok too. The CPU got taken out of the socket but it is still posting fine. I just have no idea what's causing this. Tried cmos and that dident work and idk know now.

32Gb Corsair rgb pro ram at 3000
