Mobo that suports SCSI and SATA drives together?

I'm trying to find a motherboard that would support two SCSI drives (one for the OS and another for Scratch) and 4 SATA drives (for data, setup in RAID 5). Also... I'm going with the E6600 so I guess that means it needs to be LGA 775.

All the LGA 775 boards that I've found so far only mention SATA support. I cannot find a single mention of SCSI for these boards.

Maybe I will have to buy a SCSI controller?

I think you'll need to buy a SCSI controller card. You can try an e-tailer that specializes in workstation motherboards, but at least on the high end consumer level there is no such product.

Ouch... a SCSI drive PLUS a controller = $$$$$

I would be out of my mind to do that. I guess I will stick to a 10000RPM SATA... are Raptors still the fastest?

Yeah, I believe so. I'm not one to spend money on a 10,000RPM drive because I want my PCs to be as quiet as possible within a reasonable budget.
