Looking for a standard ATX motherboard that has support for the i7 7700k that has oc support. That can also support ram up to or over 3200mhz. Looking for one with a fair price.

Look for Z270 boards. Z170 board will require BIOS update before it can be used with 7700k.
ASRock Z270 Pro4
Asus PRIME Z270-P
Asrock Z270 Killer SLI
Asus STRIX Z270F GAMING
Gigabyte GA-Z270M-D3H
Maybe this:

you can also use partpicker where to put your cpu and search for proper mobos afterwards. This with the oc and oc'ed-ram is more typical to see where there is z-something in the name (like z170), and less likely in h-things (like h170)
As for the price, it depends on how much you can give and what you find in local shops/amazon/ebay/aliexpress/etc. Such boards can be very expensive...at least for me.

Well, I don't really know :) Maybe not really. Pcpartpicker generally helps me with names and brands, but prices may vary depending on where one takes the mobo from. In my country updated cheap z170s were rolling in previous two months, I just needed to build a different system. The ones you wrote may be better ideas. An used Z-one may go below 150 dollars, but the buyer has to be sure for some things, like for the socket - if the cpu socket is unprotected, the pins there may get bent, even break and mobo to go useless with just one shipping. Why don't you put some your links?

Yeah literally every single one of those mobo’s should not be over 150 bucks, so I’ll just wait. The z270e is also compatible with my cpu, supports up to 3800mhz ram and more than enough fan headers. But also $250 over priced
