Mobo to case header

My mobo has a 3.0 USB header but my case has a 2.0 USB header . Is there anyway I can connect them at all???!!!

just connect the case to the usb 2.0 o the motherboard

I have a Z77 asrock extreme 4 mobo it doesn't have a 2.0 USB header with it

It does? Because I thought it only has a 3.0 USB front panel header on it in the description

I'm not talking about the rear panel ones I'm talking about the heade in the front panel to connect it to my external USB

There are 3 internal USB 2 headers on the mb you can connect your front panel USB 2 ports to
