Mobo upgrade needed or not

I have a HP 18e4 mobo matx so iwant to know that RTX 2060 will be supported?? Plus An Atx psu 500 watt is also needed will it support my mobo?? And will the mobo fot in atx case

Make and model of the PSU and how old is it? My google searching leads me to see that the Elite Desk doesn't have a 500W PSU...unless I'm missing something here.
